I’d like to offer my NON-EXCLUSIVE services to you.  If you want the thrill and profits of working with artistic and talented personalities,  the smart thing to do is reach for the stars with Gyst Management.  We have designed a new concept for management by not only doing management but also doing our clients publicity for FREE.  As a managers just is to help sell you it only makes sense to do you publicity which helps sell you.  Best of all unlike most managers we only get paid for projects we help you get hired on.  If you or your agent does the work we do not get paid as it’s not fair for us to collect money for something we had nothing to do with.  If we get you a job we get the 10% for our work,  but only if we help get you that job.  Here is a little about why you should use Gyst Management.
        It is sad but true that there are many “fake” managers out there.  Just as there are good and bad people,  there are good and bad managers.  It’s amazing how little it takes to convince someone to hand out a shingle and pretend to run a legit business.  Of Course, you can not stop these people from promoting themselves and their sketchy services,  BUT we are different.  We work hard to keep our reputation clean and on the rise.  The key for us is to act professional at all times and always keep our talent’s best interest at heart..
        The acting world is a cutthroat place.  Therefore, we boast a range of actors and are careful not to represent actors whose talents are to closely matched or overlap.  The last thing we want to do is have two talents going neck and neck of the same job.  
        Also EVERY actor/actress we represent is IMPORTANT to us.  We strive hard to make you as successful in the business.  In the past 21 year as being a talent booking agent I have made contacts with most agencies as well as studios and media outlets.  As you know in the market today it is not what you know but who you know.  Also I strive to be aware of what is happening right now in the industry.  I try to keep one step ahead to the market trends and do not underestimate what’s “hot” right now.
        Once you sign with me my first step is to create a buzz and broaden your audience base.  The bigger your audience base is the more offers that will come your way.  The next step I do is line up regular work for you.  My job is to get you information about auditions for roles and give you as much “insider” information about how to get that role.  I keep your bio and headshot close to me at ALL times so whenever an acting role comes up I have your info ready to hand to a potential markets.  I then will sell you and negotiate the highest fee I can get for you to earn for your role.  
        Once we get you a job we do not expect you to pay immediately after you get paid but do request we receive our 10% with a 30 day period of you getting paid.  We NEVER request any money upfront.    We do ask that you sign the attracted non-exclusive agreement.  Basically it allows Gyst Management to represent you on certain projects.  It allows us to submit your headshot, reel and resume to production companies or casting directors.  With this agreement it does NOT prohibit you from seeking work on your own, nor does it prevent you from working with other agencies,  and there is no specific time line under which the work conditions must be met.    You can also cancel this agreement at anytime.
